fairyland phantasmagoria of lights as local businesses decorate floats
that parade through the city streets lined with families. Friday night it
parades in Junction City, and the following night parades through

an opportunity to acquaint yourself with local resources and get questions
answered. The free family-friendly event includes face-painting and
balloon animals. Food and drinks will be available. 40 raffle prizes and a
